The City Center of Vienna is the first district of Vienna and was for a long time the only "real" Vienna.

Along the magnificent Ringstrasse you can still find remnants of the former city walls.

Vienna's city center is the historical heart of Vienna and a UNESCO world heritage site.  In addition to numerous museums, such as the Albertina and the Hofburg, there are also beautiful parks in Vienna's first district. The Kärntnerstraße, the Graben and the Kohlmarkt invite you to stroll through the city and offer wonderful shopping opportunities. The city center of Vienna also has a lot to offer in culinary terms. Next to the famous Sacher, Plachutta or Figlmüller, numerous rooftop bars invite to a cocktail. Those who prefer a more classic atmosphere are also in good hands in one of the typical Viennese coffee houses.
